Overview

The 2025 Changan CS55 Plus is a two-trim petrol SUV for buyers who want the proven 1.5 L turbo configuration at a simple specification. Its 141 kW, 310 N·m engine drives the front wheels through a seven-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox, and the 55 L fuel tank is the largest in our range, extending the distance between fill-ups on long routes. Laden ground clearance is 171 mm. The comfort and premium trims were launched in April 2025, and the premium trim adds power tailgate, driver-assistance and digital cluster equipment that the comfort trim lacks.
